Terms of sale

1. Scope
These terms govern sales made on thecathammock.com between Animouf LLC, trading as Sunbask, and any consumer buyer. Placing an order means accepting them.
2. Products and prices
The essential characteristics of each item — dimensions, materials, mounting method — are given on its product page. Prices are shown in the currency of your market, delivery included. Whether sales tax, VAT or GST is included in the displayed price depends on your country and is set out on the Shipping page. Prices can change, but the price that applies is the one displayed when you confirm your order.
3. Order
The sale is concluded when payment is authorized. You then receive a confirmation email summarizing your order.
4. Payment
Payment is made online by card or by the methods offered at checkout. Transactions are processed by Stripe: we never hold your card details.
5. Delivery
Dispatch within 1–2 business days, delivery in 6–10 business days in total. The countries we serve and how tracking works are set out on the Shipping page.
6. Cancelling and returning
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, on every market we ship to. That is our own policy and it sits on top of any statutory right you have. The details are on the Returns and refunds page, and a form you can copy is available if you prefer to send formal notice.
7. Guarantees
Every item is covered by the consumer guarantees that apply where you live. Those rights vary by country and are set out, market by market, on the Returns and refunds page. Nothing in these terms reduces them.
8. Complaints
Send any complaint to [email protected]. We answer within 24 hours and most matters are settled in a couple of messages. If we cannot reach agreement, your right to take the matter to the consumer body or dispute scheme available where you live is unaffected.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you buy as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections given to you by the law of your country of residence.
